Origin and grape variety: It is made from Rkatsiteli grapes, grown in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. Rkatsiteli is the most common and unique grape variety in Kakheti. Rkatsiteli grapes are fermented in a vat and aged for 6-8 months using the traditional Kakhetian method. 

Taste Profile: The wine is amber. The aroma of fresh flowers gives it freshness. You will also feel apple and apricot tones. 

Food Pairing: Goes well with steamed trout and Georgian beef dishes.
