Type: Red dry wine
Origin and grape variety: Made from grapes of the Saperavi variety, which is considered the most common and unique grape in Kakheti. This red wine is fermented and aged for 4-5 months in kvevri, according to the traditional Georgian method.
Taste Profile:: Memorable, distinctive and harmonious taste. You can smell the aromas of berries and ripe shindi. It has quite a long finish which is very nice and different.
Food Pairing:: Best with veal, stuffed goose, dry and salted cheese.
